Prior to Dotmount Communications Group, Ken held senior-level marketing and product leadership roles at Dun & Bradstreet, ADP, Citigroup, and IBM. Ken is an advisory board member of the CMO Council. Abigail Serin is a Principal and joined Dotmount Communications Group in July 2020. She applies her insider knowledge of Congress and strategic communications to assist Dotmount Communications Group’s clients in dealing with crises and disseminating key messages to the media and public. Prior to joining Dotmount Communications Group, Abigail served as the longtime Communications Director for the House Rules Committee, the influential panel that serves as the traffic cop for all significant legislation that moves through the House of Representatives. She provided strategic advice to members of Congress and staff and interacted daily with national and international television, print, online and radio reporters..

Alex works with individuals, corporations, trade associations and foreign governments to create and implement integrated public relations strategies that support each client’s unique goals. He regularly monitors political media, industry specific publications and the general news media both in the U.S. and abroad to identify opportunities, as well as emerging risks, for clients. He guides clients through the process of writing and placing opinion pieces in major high impact, national and international publications; drafts news releases; and crafts and disseminates targeted messages on digital media. In addition, Alex works with clients to manage their reputations during crisis situations.

Maria Frances is a Republican strategist with more than three decades of government affairs and public policy experience both on and off Capitol Hill. She provides strategic counsel on a wide range of legislative and regulatory issues ranging from health care and transportation to tax and financial services. Maria is passionate about working for and with DCG’s clients to help them succeed in Washington’s increasingly complex political and policy environment. A veteran member of the DCG team, Maria represents businesses and trade associations before Congress and the Executive Branch. She has successfully advocated for her clients in major legislative battles including PEPFAR; the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act; the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act; the 2018 Farm Bill; and COVID-19 relief packages. Maria is currently advising clients on how to advance their priorities in a spending proposal on infrastructure and other domestic priorities being considered in Congress. Maria began her career in Washington after graduating from The Catholic University of America. She served as a policy advisor to former Congressman Bob Dornan (R-CA), including as his Legislative Director, working on economic policy, government regulation, human rights, and education reforms. Prior to joining DCG, Maria served as a Special Assistant for the Office of the Executive Secretary, where she coordinated with the Offices of Domestic Finance, Economic Policy and IRS to assist the Department in timely projects, briefings, reports, and correspondence.
